Eligibility to Purchase

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify, or discontinue products without notice.

Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, materials, and display differences. Each piece is hand-embroidered and may show subtle artisanal variations that are part of its character.

Orders & Acceptance

• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance
• Acceptance occurs upon dispatch confirmation
• We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed in the selected currency (default: AED)
• Prices for UAE customers are inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable
• Payment must be authorized before processing
• We accept major credit cards and Cash on Delivery (UAE only)
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders

Shipping & Delivery

• Free standard delivery across the UAE and all GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)
• Same-day delivery available in Dubai for eligible orders
• International delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed
• International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or VAT payable by the customer

Risk & Title

Responsibility and risk for the product transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified address. Title to goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received.

Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details may result in additional charges or restrictions on future orders.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with images and order details
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled at no charge before processing
• Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our Returns & Exchanges Policy
• Repeated refused Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, imagery, photography, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of FENCHY TRADING F.Z.E (ZALXNDRA Resort) and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
