How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (UAE only).
Do you offer payment on delivery?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may accommodate changes. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from the United Arab Emirates.
How long does delivery take?
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer complimentary standard delivery across the UAE and all GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar). International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Will I pay customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or VAT. These are not included at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

How do I request a return?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Are returns free?
Returns are complimentary within the UAE. For GCC countries, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Credit card refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7 business days.
Are your pieces handmade?
ZALXNDRA Resort pieces combine hand embroidery and refined machine craftsmanship. Select garments are fully hand-finished by artisans in our Ukrainian atelier.
How do I choose the right size?

How should I care for my garment?
We recommend gentle handling, avoiding perfumes, moisture, and harsh chemicals, and following the care instructions provided with your piece.

Yes — through our ZALXNDRA Concierge, we offer:
