Use of Website

This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a legal guardian.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed on this website are considered offers to purchase. Orders are only accepted once they are confirmed and processed for dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed in your selected currency (default: AED)
• Prices for UAE customers are inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable
• Payments must be authorized before order processing
• Cash on Delivery is available within the UAE
• We accept major credit cards.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel affected orders if necessary.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the GCC and worldwide from the United Arab Emirates through approved logistics partners.

• Free standard delivery across the UAE and all GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)
• Same-day delivery available in Dubai for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time
• International delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
• International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, or import taxes payable by the customer

ZALXNDRA Resort is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect customer details. 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom or personalised items
• Made-to-order pieces
• Items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards or store credit

Returns are free within the UAE. International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting images. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before processing at no charge
• Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our Returns & Exchanges Policy
• Repeated refused Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued in accordance with our return policy and is non-transferable. It can be used exclusively on our website and has no cash value.

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, pricing, imagery, and availability but do not guarantee that all content is error-free. We reserve the right to update or correct information at any time.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

All content, designs, photography, product imagery, brand names, and materials on this site are the property of FENCHY TRADING F.Z.E (ZALXNDRA Resort) and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ZALXNDRA Resort is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the purchased item.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith communication with our customer service team.

Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
