At ZALXNDRA Resort, we take pride in delivering your pieces with the same care that goes into making them. This policy outlines our shipping options, timeframes, costs, and processes.
This policy applies to all orders placed through www.zalxndraresort.ae.

Where We Ship
We ship globally from our UAE warehouse. Our delivery destinations include:
- United Arab Emirates
- GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar
- Worldwide international destinations
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping across the GCC region:
- United Arab Emirates: Free standard delivery on all orders
- Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar: Free standard delivery on all orders
- International destinations: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
Delivery Timeframes
Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days before dispatch. Delivery timeframes after dispatch are estimated as follows:
- Dubai (Same-Day): Available for eligible orders placed before 12:00 PM (GST)
- Dubai (Standard): 1–2 business days
- Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 business days
- Other UAE Emirates: 1–2 business days
- Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain: 2–3 business days
- Oman, Qatar: 2–3 business days
- International: 3–10 business days, depending on destination
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Public holidays, weekends, customs clearance, and weather conditions may affect transit times.
Same-Day Delivery in Dubai
We offer same-day delivery within Dubai for eligible orders, subject to the following conditions:
- Order must be placed before 12:00 PM (GST) on a business day
- Delivery address must be within Dubai city limits
- Items must be in stock and ready for immediate dispatch
- Same-day delivery is not available on Fridays, public holidays, or during peak periods
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted regional and international carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, including Aramex, DHL Express, and local last-mile partners. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your destination and is selected to provide the most efficient delivery experience.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Our team prepares your order within 1–2 business days. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your package leaves our warehouse.
Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with full tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive:
- A dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package via the carrier's website
- Status updates as your order moves through the delivery network
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@zalxndraresort.ae.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. Please note:
- Payment must be made in AED at the time of delivery
- Our delivery partner will contact you to confirm the delivery window
- Repeated refused COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders outside the GCC, customs duties, import taxes, and any related charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your destination country and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on duties applicable to your country before placing an international order.
Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
If our delivery partner is unable to complete delivery:
- Multiple delivery attempts will be made where possible
- Our team will contact you to reschedule or arrange pickup
- Packages returned to us due to failed delivery may incur additional reshipment charges
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Include your order number and, if applicable, photographs of the damage
- We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
- Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Risk & Title
Responsibility and risk for the product transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the specified address. For Cash on Delivery orders, title passes upon receipt of payment.
